Light, tender, tasty and savory tweezers. These envelopes are very healthy due to the lack of sugar in them, but just as tasty as with it.
It is necessary
- - yeast dough
- - 1st stage warm water
- - 1 tbsp. spoonful of sugar
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of dry yeast
- - 0.5 teaspoons of salt
- - 50 ml of refined sunflower oil
- - premium flour
- - bananas 3-4 pcs.
Instructions
Step 1
First, let's prepare the dough for our baking. It is prepared as usual. We heat the water and pour it into a bowl, in which we will knead the dough. Pour sugar and salt here, stir and put a tablespoon of fast yeast. Give them a little nourishment (5 minutes) and mix again. We introduce about half a glass of flour and pour in the sunflower oil. Now we gradually add flour. The dough should not be very thick. We put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours, maybe a little less for it to rise.
Step 2
When the dough is ready, peel the bananas as usual. We cut them across into 2 or 3 parts, and then each part into 2 halves along. Our filling is ready. Cut off a piece of dough and roll it out like on a pie, put a banana in the middle and pinch in the middle, leaving open ends (you can do it your way, as you like).
Step 3
Put on a greased baking sheet and let the dough stand for 30 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 210-220 degrees. As soon as the tweezers are browned, take them out of the oven, grease them with oil or sprinkle them with water, cover them with a towel and let them "rest". Serve with cold milk or cocoa.
