Lavash is a universal delicacy. You can use it both independently and prepare various dishes with it, even desserts. A quick and delicious lavash dessert will satisfy even the most sophisticated gourmets.

- - 1 thin pita bread
- - 2 soft bananas
- - 100 g or 1 bar of chocolate
- - 50 g cream or milk
- - 50 g butter
- - icing sugar
- - fresh berries
- - ice cream
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the banana and cut into slices about one centimeter thick.
Step 2
In a water bath, melt the chocolate, to which we add cream or milk. We also melt the butter on the stove or in the microwave.
Step 3
We cut the lavash into equal squares with a side of 15 centimeters. Lubricate each square on one side with melted butter and sprinkle a little with powdered sugar. Then put several circles of banana on the squares, pour melted chocolate on top. We fold the squares into envelopes.
Step 4
Fry in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Serve with a scoop of ice cream and fresh berries, or garnish with a sprig of mint.
