Try the delicious herb baked meat. Its main plus is that it is prepared in its own juice. Such a dish can be served on a festive table, as a cold cuts.
It is necessary
- - 1.5 kg of meat;
- - 150 g sour cream;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - vegetable oil;
- - a mixture of peppers;
- - basil;
- - parsley;
- - dill;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the meat, saturate with a towel, removing excess water.
Step 2
Chop basil, parsley, dill and garlic. Mix sour cream, herbs, garlic, salt, pepper, oil in a bowl.

Grease the meat with the mixture and wrap tightly in plastic.
Step 4
Turn the slice periodically. Soak the meat for 24 hours under the yoke for better marinating: the first 5 hours at room temperature, then in the cold.
Step 5
Bake in a bag at 180 degrees.
Step 6
Cut the bag from above, grease the meat with vegetable oil.
Step 7
Place the oven on the grill setting. Bake at 160 degrees for 25 minutes.
Step 8
Take out the prepared baked meat, cool slightly and serve with fresh vegetables and herbs.
