Potatoes with meat are undoubtedly one of the most favorite traditional dishes. With a multicooker, potatoes with meat can be cooked surprisingly quickly, without unnecessary hassle and very tasty!
It is necessary
- - potatoes - 5-6 pcs.;
- - meat (pork, beef, chicken) - 0.5 kg;
- - carrots - 1 pc.;
- - onion -1-2 pcs.;
- - seasoning for meat;
- - Bay leaf;
- - vegetable oil;
- - salt;
- - pepper;
- - greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the potatoes and small carrots. Peel vegetables, cut: onions - into half rings, carrots - into small cubes, potatoes - into larger cubes.
Step 2
Rinse the meat and cut it into small pieces. Pour two to three tablespoons of vegetable oil into a multicooker bowl. Put all the ingredients in a slow cooker, salt and pepper, sprinkle with some meat seasoning, stir, add a couple of washed bay leaves.
Step 3
Pour boiled water into a multicooker container. If you want the dish to be thinner, add more water. In any case, the water should not be higher than the level of the potatoes.
Step 4
Put the multicooker on the "meat" setting (20 minutes). In fact, together with heating, it will take about 30 minutes. When serving, sprinkle the potatoes with meat with finely chopped parsley or dill.
