A healthy and delicious pie with dried apricots and plum jam will decorate any festive table!
It is necessary
- For the test:

- - 50 g yeast
- - 150 ml of milk
- - 70 g butter
- - 60 g sugar
- - 1/3 teaspoon salt
- - 2 eggs
- For filling:
- - 250 g dried apricots
- - 200 plum jam

Instructions
Step 1
From the offered products according to the main recipe, knead the yeast dough and put it in a warm place.
Step 2
From plum jam and dried apricots we prepare the filling for our pie. To do this, choose whole and large berries from plum jam.
Step 3
Soak dried apricots, then rinse with cool water, dry in a towel or napkin and cut into small pieces.
Step 4
We divide the finished dough into two unequal parts. We roll out most of it into a layer with a thickness of 1, 5-2 cm and put it on a frying pan greased with butter.
Step 5
From the center to the edges of the layer, lay out dried apricots and plums in circles, alternating the sequence of actions.
Step 6
Divide the smaller half of the dough into three parts and weave a braid from them. We spread the finished braid around the circumference of the layer.
Step 7
Grease the cake with whipped yolk and send it to an oven preheated to 200-220 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
