There are many options for making an omelet. You can combine it with vegetables, mushrooms, cheese, smoked meats, etc. Here I will give a recipe for the basis with which you can fantasize according to your taste and the contents of the refrigerator. But in itself, this omelet is very tasty and tender, it will appeal to both children and adults. Its nutritional value and ease of preparation make it best for a quick, tasty breakfast.
It is necessary
- For 3 servings:
- 7 eggs;
- 0.3 liters of milk;
- 1-2 pinches of salt;
- sunflower or butter for frying.
Instructions
Step 1
Break eggs into a bowl, add milk and salt. Other seasonings can be added to taste.
Step 2
Mix everything until the mass is uniform in color and consistency. It is necessary to stir intensively, but it is not recommended to beat strongly.
Step 3
You can make an omelet in a skillet or oven. I will describe each of these methods separately.
Step 4
For the first method, put a frying pan on low heat, moisten with sunflower oil or melt a small amount of butter. The butter omelet will have a mild, sweet, creamy aftertaste. Refined sunflower oil does not taste good. If you want to fry an omelet with spicy herbs, vegetables or other filling, it is better to use sunflower oil.
Pour the mixture of eggs and milk into a skillet, cover and simmer for about 4 minutes. Use a spatula to lift the edge of the omelet from time to time and watch the bottom not burn. If the bottom is already deeply browned and the top is still runny, gently turn the omelette over. The less you turn it over, the smoother and more magnificent it turns out.
Step 5
Baking in the oven will take longer - about 20 minutes. But, thanks to uniform heating, the omelet turns out to be very tender and without a crust.
Grease the pan with butter and pour the egg mixture into it. The smaller the shape, the more magnificent the omelet will be. There should be a margin in height, because the omelet will rise during baking. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the dish with the omelet in it for 15-20 minutes.
