Instructions

Step 1

Beat the cooled eggs with sugar. As soon as a dense foam forms, without stopping whipping, add half a glass of water and a pinch of vanillin. Pour flour and baking powder with salt into the prepared egg mixture.

Line a baking sheet with baking parchment and brush with oil. Put the dough on parchment and bake for about 20 minutes at 200 ° C. Sprinkle the finished roll base with icing sugar and cut off the edges so that the cake gets the correct shape.
