To make the lamb and pumpkin manti, first make the dough. Sift the flour, pour it on the board with a slide, make a depression in the middle. Pour in warm water, add eggs and salt, gradually stirring with flour, knead the dough, cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes.

Chop the onion and fry in fat tail fat, mince the lamb. Peel the pumpkin and cut into 0.5 cm cubes. Add meat, onion, salt and pepper to it and mix the filling well.

Roll out the dough thinly, cut into 10 cm squares. Put 1-2 tablespoons on each cake. pumpkins with lamb. Connect the ends of the square in the center and pinch the corners at the sides.

Lubricate the grates of a steamer or a manti cooker with vegetable oil and lay the manti. Steam for 25-30 minutes. Serve ready-made manti to the table with sour cream or butter.
