Seafood soups are always delicious. Shrimp cheese soup is cooked in 50 minutes. If you add safflower or saffron to it, it will give the dish a beautiful color and pleasant aroma. But even without spices, the soup is original!

- For six servings:
- - 400 g of processed cheese;
- - 200 g of peeled shrimp;
- - 200 g of potatoes;
- - 100 g of carrots;
- - 40 ml of sunflower oil;
- - 30 g of parsley;
- - 30 g of dill;
- - 1 onion;
- - sea salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve the processed cheese in boiling water (2 liters). Cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes, add to the water and cheese.
Step 2
Salt. You can add spices to taste. Cook the potatoes over low heat until tender.
Step 3
Peel the onion and carrot, finely chop the onion, grate the carrot. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil. You should get a golden roast.
Step 4
Add fried vegetables and peeled shrimp to the finished potatoes. Wait for the soup to boil, add chopped fresh herbs, turn off the heat. Let the cheese soup steep for 10 minutes.
