It is necessary

  • - 200 g apricots;
  • - 200 ml of milk;
  • - 150 g of nut mix;
  • - 100 g of powdered milk;
  • - 100 g of sugar;
  • - 80 g semolina;
  • - 50 g of sugar;
  • - 30 g of flour and butter;
  • - 4 eggs;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of starch;
  • - for serving mint, cherries, apricots or icing sugar.

Instructions

Step 1

Grind the nut mix with the sugar in a blender until crumbled. Mix nut crumbs with wheat flour and melted butter.

Step 2

Grease a baking dish with oil and put the resulting mixture in it, distribute it evenly, put it in an oven preheated to a temperature of 180 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Meanwhile, rinse the fresh apricots, remove the seeds from the fruit, and cut the pulp into small cubes, mix with starch.

Step 4

Mix milk with semolina, sugar, add chicken eggs one by one. Beat with a mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved. You will get a lush homogeneous mass.

Step 5

Mix the milk mixture with the chopped apricots, place on top of the nut base in a mold. Return to oven for 50 minutes. Be sure to place a container of water on the bottom shelf of the oven!

Step 6

Cool the finished semolina pudding with apricots, cut into equal squares. Garnish with fresh apricot halves, cherries. Top with fresh mint leaves and sprinkle generously with powdered sugar, if you like. This semolina pudding can be served as a nutritious breakfast or for dessert.
