A salad that combines mozzarella, shrimps and tomatoes turns out to be very light and tasty. An unusual dressing with lime juice gives the salad a spicy taste.
It is necessary
- For the salad (for 6 servings):
- - mozzarella - 200 gr.;
- - tomatoes (cherry) - 200 gr.;
- - shrimp - 200 gr.;
- - avocado - 2 pcs.;
- - green salad (leaves);
- - basil.
- For refueling:
- - vegetable oil;
- - lime juice;
- - salt pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking the components of the salad.
Cut the mozzarella into small pieces, cut the cherry into 2 pieces, peel the avocado and remove the pit, cut into cubes.
Step 2
Preparing the dressing, for which we mix oil (olive or vegetable) and lime juice.
Step 3
Stir in tomatoes, mozzarella, avocado and shrimp.
Add dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Put the green salad leaves on a plate, top with the rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle basil on the salad.
