Pasta carbonara is traditionally made from spaghetti, but if they are not at hand, you can safely use any type of pasta. And in general, you can experiment a little with the ingredients.
It is necessary
- Ingredients for 4 persons:
- - any pasta - 200 gr.;
- - cream - 200 ml;
- - medium onion;
- - 100 gr. smoked bacon;
- - olive oil;
- - salt, ground nutmeg, pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the pasta in boiling water with salt and a little olive oil for 7-10 minutes. After that, we rinse them in cold water.
Step 2
We clean the onion and chop it very finely.
Step 3
In a frying pan in olive oil, fry the onion and chopped bacon. When they turn golden, reduce the heat, pour in the cream, add salt and pepper. Let the cream simmer for a minute. Season them with ground nutmeg.
Step 4
Put the pasta on a dish, fill it with cream, bacon, onions and spices. Literally 15 minutes and the delicious dish is ready!
