Marinating is the main type of preparation of various types of fish for the purpose of long-term storage. Everyone's favorite and healthy herring can be cooked in an original marinade in oriental style. Step 1

Pre-process the fish. To do this, you need to rip open the abdomen, remove the insides, cut off the head and rinse thoroughly. Next, cut along the spine, divide into two layers and carefully remove all bones with clean tweezers, then cut the resulting fillet into pieces.

If you want to marinate fish in an easier way, then simply cut the herring carcass lengthwise into pieces. Take a cup, place the fish and cover with vinegar. Stir. Leave it on for 25-30 minutes.

While the fish is marinating through the first stage, peel the onions and cut into thin half rings. Carrots should also be peeled and chopped on a grater designed for making Korean salads. You can also cut carrots into thin strips. However, this is a laborious process.

Peel and crush the garlic. Drain excess vinegar from the herring cup, add garlic, onions, carrots, salt and sesame seeds. Stir. Mix the sesame oil and soy sauce separately and pour over the fish, then stir again thoroughly with your hands.
