Step 1

Defrost frozen mackerel in advance. Defrosting should be slow, so thaw in the refrigerator overnight (it will defrost overnight).

Step 2

Wash the apple and cut into slices. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and drizzle over the apple slices. Then grate them with curry, then add turmeric to the apples.
