If you decide to cook liver for dinner, then it must be accompanied by a side dish, for example buckwheat. But you can simplify the task and cook everything at once. This will require a multicooker that will quickly and tasty cook a hearty and healthy dinner for the whole family.
It is necessary
- - buckwheat 200-250 g
- - liver 500-700 g
- - onion 1 pc.
- - carrots 1 pc.
- - soy sauce 2 tbsp. spoons
- - bay leaves 3 pcs.
- - salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the liver, peel and cut into small pieces. Liver in briquettes or on a tray is best. It does not require additional processing, which will significantly save time.
Step 2
Pour quite a bit of vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and fry the liver on it for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Peel the onions and carrots and cut into large strips. Add vegetables to the liver and fry for another 10 minutes.
Step 4
Put bay leaf and spices in a bowl, pour soy sauce and a glass of water. We continue to cook for another 30 minutes in the "Stew" mode.
Step 5
Rinse buckwheat and add to the liver. Fill the contents of the bowl with water in a ratio of 2: 1 and set the "Buckwheat" or "Porridge" mode. The cooking time will be automatically selected.
Step 6
When the multicooker gives a signal that the dish is ready, add a little vegetable oil to the buckwheat and mix well so that the porridge is not dry.
