It is necessary

  • For the basics:

  • - vegetable oil for frying;
  • - lettuce leaves.
  • For processed cheese filling:
  • - 50 g butter;
  • - 0, 5 tbsp. walnuts;
  • - 1 processed cheese;
  • - 3-4 cloves of garlic.
  • For red fish filling:
  • - 100 g of lightly salted salmon;
  • - 1 tomato;
  • - 1 processed cheese.
  • For canned fish filling:
  • - 1 can of mackerel with added oil (250 g);
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 1 pickled cucumber;
  • - 2-3 tbsp. mayonnaise.
  • For sprat filling:
  • - 1 can of sprat;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - pickle;
  • - 2-3 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • For herring filling:
  • - 1 slightly salted herring;
  • - 80 g of butter;
  • - 2 boiled eggs;
  • - 1 small onion head.

Instructions

Step 1

First you need to prepare the base. Cut the loaves into slices about 1 cm thick, fry in oil. Cut each piece into three pieces.

Step 2

Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater, finely chop the walnuts, pass the garlic through the garlic, add the pre-softened butter. Beat everything until smooth. Apply the mass to the loaf.

Step 3

Cut the products for the second filling: fish - into small slices, processed cheese - into thin slices, peeled tomato - into small slices. Assemble the sandwich in layers.

Step 4

For the third filling, put canned mackerel in a bowl and mash with a fork, add hard-boiled and grated eggs, finely chopped pickled cucumber, mayonnaise. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and put on a piece.

Step 5

For an appetizer with sprats, boil the eggs and cut in half, each half into slices. Cut the cucumber into slices, cut the tails from the sprats. Spread mayonnaise on a loaf, place pieces of sprat, eggs and pickled cucumber.

Step 6

For the next filling, pass the chopped herring, onion, boiled eggs through a meat grinder 2 times, add butter, mix everything. Apply to bread.

Cover the serving dish with lettuce leaves and lay out the sandwiches, alternating toppings. Decorate with herbs, cranberries or lingonberries.
