Step 1

Put a glass of sugar, 2 tablespoons of honey and 60 g of butter in a saucepan. To obtain a homogeneous mass, you will need a "water bath". In a large saucepan, heat a little water to a boil and place a container with the mixture in it so that the bottoms do not touch.

Step 2

After dissolving the sugar, remove the mixture from the heat and beat 3 eggs into it one by one. Put the custard dough on the "water bath" again, add a teaspoon of baking soda, the volume of the dough will increase.
