Rainbow trout in mushroom sauce cooks in forty minutes. It turns out a tasty and satisfying main course, which is not a shame to serve.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - rainbow trout - 4 pieces;
- - cream - 300 ml;
- - butter - 100 g;
- - fresh champignons - 250 g;
- - lemon juice - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- salt, black pepper, chopped parsley.
Instructions
Step 1
Rub the fish with pepper and salt inside and out.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet, fry the chopped mushrooms - five minutes will be enough. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
In another skillet, melt the butter, fry the fish in it until golden brown (about four minutes on each side). Transfer the trout to a fireproof mold in one layer.
Step 4
Pour the cream into a skillet for the mushrooms, bring to a boil, pour the resulting sauce over the fish.
Step 5
Put in the oven, bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Sprinkle the finished rainbow trout with fresh parsley.
