Banquet baskets "Mistralki" are festive and beautiful. Such an appetizer will undoubtedly decorate the table and will look very impressive. At first, many will think that this is a dessert, because the baskets look like sweet cakes, but in fact, the appetizer is made from vegetables.
It is necessary
- - 1 tbsp. l. carrot juice
- - 1 tbsp. l. beet juice
- - 0.5 tsp turmeric
- - 1 onion
- - 2 tomatoes
- - 1 smoked chicken breast
- - 50 g olive oil
- - salt, pepper to taste
- - 3 liters of water
- - 6 pieces of tartlets
- - 250 g beans
- - 1 bay leaf
- - 1 bunch of parsley
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the beans in cold water and let sit overnight.
Step 2
Then rinse the chicken breast well, peel it of skin and bones. Chop the onion finely. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, then remove the peel.
Step 3
Boil the beans, add the bay leaf and season with salt, cook until the beans are tender, about 25-40 minutes. Then drain the water.
Step 4
Cut the chicken into medium pieces, cut the onion and tomatoes into cubes.
Step 5
Add 2 tablespoons to the cooked beans. l. olive oil and grind in a blender until puree.
Step 6
Divide the bean mass into three equal parts. Add carrot juice to the first part, beet juice to the second part, and turmeric in the third part, mix everything well.
Step 7
Fry onions in vegetable oil until golden brown, add tomatoes, pepper, salt to taste and simmer until tender. Mix with chicken breast.
Step 8
Place the chicken and vegetables in the tartlets. Using a pastry syringe, spread the multi-colored bean mass over the tartlets.
Step 9
Put the finished tartlets on a plate, garnish with green peas and parsley, serve.
