Tasty and healthy sea fish flounder can be prepared in various ways: fry, stew or bake. Flounder, baked in the oven, is prepared in its own juice and the juice of used vegetables. Flounder contains few bones: its meat is tender and juicy and goes well with vegetables such as bell peppers.

- - flounder - 1 pc. (1 kg);
- - sweet bell pepper - 1 pc.;
- - onions - 1 pc.;
- - hard cheese - 150 g;
- - sunflower oil;
- - sesame;
- - a mixture of peppers;
- - salt to taste.

Step 1
Flounder is a rather unusual fish that has a flat body and an original arrangement of eyes on only one side. Before cooking, clean your fish, remove the skin from the flounder on both sides, remove the entrails, and then cut into portions.

Prepare a baking sheet: brush it with sunflower oil, it is best to use refined, odorless.
Step 3
Wash the onions and cut into small rings. Initially, put the onion on a baking sheet in one layer. Please note that the flounder has a light-colored belly, the skin there is much softer, so you need to put the flounder pieces on the baking sheet with the dark side down. This is how the fish is best cooked.
Step 4
Be sure to add salt to your dish, otherwise the fish may taste bad. As a mixture of peppers, you can use yellow, red, black and others. It is this combination that will give your dish an extraordinary flavor.
Step 5
Wash the sweet bell pepper, remove the core, seeds and cut into pieces that need to be laid on top of the fish. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of your dish: during baking, they will brown a little and will complement the taste and aroma of the fish.
Step 6
Grate the cheese on a medium grater and sprinkle on your fish: by the end of cooking, it will be toasted and sufficiently melted.
Step 7
Now the flounder pan can be sent to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and cooked for 30 minutes. After the specified time, the flounder, baked in the oven with vegetables, is completely ready and can be served with your favorite side dish, for example, mashed potatoes.
