The same ingredients are added in different combinations, but the cheese itself takes a little longer to cook. The reason for this is the fermentation process, which takes half a day.
Cooking process
Soak the nuts / seeds overnight, then peel them. Pour into a blender bowl and begin to grind until smooth, periodically scraping off adhering pieces from the walls with a spoon. If the mass falls apart, then add a teaspoon of water and continue to grind.
If we decide to make fermented cheese, then we transfer the resulting mass into a gauze bag and hang it over the sink for 12 hours.
Then add salt, finely chopped spices, lemon juice or soy sauce, shape and let it brew.

Additives: garlic, dried tomatoes, turnip onions, olive oil, sea salt, lemon or lime juice, soy sauce, fresh or dried peppers, fresh or dried herbs: cilantro, parsley, dill, basil, etc.
Methods of use
You can eat cheese both separately and stuffing vegetables. It is also good to use it as one of the ingredients in raw pizza.
Raw cheese is stored in the refrigerator for no more than 7 days.
