The kings of the autumn table, of course, are apples, pears and pumpkins. From these fruits, you can simply prepare the first, second courses, snacks. desserts and drinks. By adding components such as turnips, broccoli, various greens, nuts and seeds, we get new interesting combinations of tastes. Well, no one canceled the spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, hot peppers, garlic, ginger perfectly warm, no less than a glass of hot tea.
Pass through a juicer or grind with a powerful blender 200 grams of pumpkin pulp, 50 grams of red or orange sweet peppers, 1 clove of garlic, a piece of ginger root about 1 - 1.5 cm long, fresh hot pepper to taste. All listed components must be thoroughly washed and cleaned beforehand. Pour the juice together with the pulp into a narrow high container. Add 3 tablespoons of sesame seeds or peeled pumpkin seeds by grinding in a coffee grinder. Put a couple of pinches of sea salt, pour in 100 ml of cold water, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil / Now whisk everything together with a blender, pour into plates and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
In a saucepan, combine 1 - 2 cups of finely chopped white cabbage with coarsely grated peeled pumpkin (100 grams of pulp), one peeled and coarsely grated turnips and medium beets. In a blender bowl, place 1 large peeled and randomly chopped tomato, a peeled garlic clove and a quarter of a red sweet onion. Add peeled bell pepper (1 pod) cut into large slices and pour in about 500 ml of water. Add 2 - 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, sea salt and spices to taste. To prepare this dish, half a glass of almond kernels must first be soaked in cold water for several hours. Drain the water, put the almonds in the blender bowl, pour 100 ml of cold water and wipe. You can also mince the almonds several times and then mix with water. Pass the pumpkin through a juicer or grate on the finest grater. Pour the pumpkin juice with the pulp with unstrained almond milk, add sea salt, grated nutmeg to taste and beat together again with a blender.
Fresh fruit and vegetable salads can contain a wide variety of ingredients. All of them will enrich the body with vitamins and microelements, which, of course, will have a positive effect on health.
Grate 100 grams of pumpkin pulp for Korean salads, mix with grated apple and cucumber, taking 200 grams of each. Add 200 grams of raw zucchini, diced and grains from half a corncob. Season the salad with raw mayonnaise made from a mixture of mashed seeds, water, lemon juice, sea salt. Place in a salad bowl and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
Take in arbitrary proportions pumpkin, beets and pitted prunes. Grate the peeled vegetables on a coarse grater or grater for Korean salads. Rinse prunes and cut into thin strips. Mix all components and fill with vegetable oil.
Pass the peeled pumpkin through a juicer. Mix the cake with honey and add a pinch of ground cinnamon.

Take 2 medium apples and 50 grams of celery root, about 1 cm of fresh ginger root. Peel everything, cut into pieces. Also take a few sprigs of parsley or celery. Pass everything together through a juicer.
This sauce is a great addition to raw vegetable spaghetti. To prepare it, take 10 pods of red sweet pepper, a couple of cloves of garlic, one large apple, half a pod of red hot pepper. Clean all of the above, pass 2 - 3 times through a meat grinder, add sea salt to taste. You can store this sauce in a tightly sealed glass container in the refrigerator for no more than 5 days.
For 1 liter of cold water, take 2 - 3 apples and 1 - 2 tablespoons of raisins. Cut the apples into thin slices, put them in a glass bottle, add the raisins and fill them with water. Leave at room temperature for 24 hours, then strain.
The pear can be paired with tofu for an interesting snack. Chop hard pears and mix with turnips, celery for salads. Soft pears can be used to make creams and fillings for raw cakes and pastries.
