It is necessary
- - sugar 50 g
- - cottage cheese 200 g
- - chicken egg 1 pc.
- - flour 8 tbsp. l.
- - refined sunflower oil 50 ml
- - strawberries 100 g
- - powdered sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Instructions
Step 1
To make cheesecakes with strawberries, you will need: cottage cheese, flour, an egg, sugar, strawberries, powdered sugar and sunflower oil. Combine sugar, cottage cheese and egg in one bowl.
Step 2
Then add the sifted flour. Mix everything until a homogeneous mass is formed so that no lumps form. As a result, the dough should come out firm.
Step 3
With wet hands, form balls from the mass of cottage cheese and give them a flattened shape. Put cheese cakes in a frying pan preheated with butter.
Step 4
Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Put the prepared cheesecakes on a plate and let them cool down. While the pancakes are cooling, prepare the strawberry syrup.
Step 5
To do this, you need to combine strawberries (some 7-11 berries) and powdered sugar in a bowl. Use a mixer or blender to mix everything until smooth.
Step 6
Then sift the finished syrup through a sieve so that the seeds from the strawberries do not come across in it. The more powdered sugar you add, the thicker the syrup will be.
Step 7
Place a few cheesecakes on a serving plate. Cut the remaining strawberries into slices and place on top of the cheese cakes. Top with strawberry syrup.
