Italian soup is prepared very quickly. It turns out that it is rich, aromatic and very tasty. So if you are a lover of Italian cuisine, then you should definitely try this first course.
It is necessary
- - pasta - 1 handful;
- - vegetable or meat broth - 2 glasses;
- - one carrot, one onion;
- - bacon - 50 grams;
- - beans - 2 tablespoons;
- - grated Parmesan - 2 tablespoons;
- - basil - not for everybody.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the pasta in a saucepan. Drain off most of the water, but leave a little.
Step 2
Chop the onion, cut the carrot into half rings, fry in olive oil.
Step 3
Bring the broth to a boil, add carrots with onions, beans (both fresh and frozen), cook together until tender.
Step 4
Cut the bacon into slices, add along with the pasta to the soup. If the soup turns out to be too thick, then add water that is left over from cooking the pasta. Cook for a couple more minutes.
Step 5
The Italian soup is ready, serve with grated cheese and fresh herbs. Bon Appetit!
