Fast, tasty and inexpensive. These three words fully characterize this recipe. If there is only 1 hour before the arrival of guests, and you have no idea how to please them, then cherry pie is perfect for you.
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken egg;
- 2 tbsp Sahara;
- 50 g sour cream;
- 2 tbsp. l. flour;
- 1 tsp soda;
- ½ pack of fresh butter;
- 300 g cherries.
Preparation:
- First, you need to prepare all the ingredients you need. Melt margarine (you can use butter) in the microwave. Defrosting is best. Cool to room temperature.
- Separate the white from the yolk and beat the white with a mixer or whisk. This procedure will make your cake more fluffy and soft.
- Stir the yolk with sugar in a bowl and add kefir. Stir the mixture until all the sugar is dissolved.
- Mix the flour with soda and sift through a sieve until no lumps remain in the flour. Pour the cooled butter into the flour and add the whipped protein. Mix gently with a spatula. Within 5 minutes, the mass will become homogeneous. The consistency of the dough should not be thicker than homemade sour cream. If your dough is thinner, it could mean your pie will fall apart when baked or undercooked.
- Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, sprinkle with semolina on top, pour half of the dough, then put the cherry and pour the other half of the dough on top.
- The oven should be preheated to 180 degrees, after which the cake should be baked for 25-30 minutes. You can check the readiness with a toothpick. It is best to serve the cake hot, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
