Step 1

The most important thing in this dish is noodles. It is best to cook the noodles yourself. To do this, add flour, make a small funnel in it and add eggs, water, salt. Knead the dough. Put the finished dough in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Then take out the dough, cut it into small pieces. Roll out the dough 2 mm thick, then cut into thin strips. Place in a heated oven and bake at 200 degrees C. As soon as the straw is browned, take it out and let it cool.

Peel the onions and carrots. Chop the onion finely and chop the carrots.

Wash the beef well, cut into pieces. Fry in vegetable oil, adding a little butter, until a brown crust forms. Add cooked onions and carrots. Season with salt and simmer in a covered, thick-walled saucepan over low heat for 20 minutes.
