This is confirmed by medicine: if you are sick, abused fatty foods or alcohol, then broth will be a good helper in recovery. Such food improves the secretion of gastric juice, promotes appetite stimulation, and hence the absorption of food. The first dish can be cooked in broth of meat, fish, vegetables. Step 1
The most important thing in this dish is noodles. It is best to cook the noodles yourself. To do this, add flour, make a small funnel in it and add eggs, water, salt. Knead the dough. Put the finished dough in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Then take out the dough, cut it into small pieces. Roll out the dough 2 mm thick, then cut into thin strips. Place in a heated oven and bake at 200 degrees C. As soon as the straw is browned, take it out and let it cool.
Step 2
Peel the onions and carrots. Chop the onion finely and chop the carrots.
Step 3
Wash the beef well, cut into pieces. Fry in vegetable oil, adding a little butter, until a brown crust forms. Add cooked onions and carrots. Season with salt and simmer in a covered, thick-walled saucepan over low heat for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer the beef and vegetables to a saucepan and cover with boiling water. Bring to a boil and cook the broth for 15 minutes. Put the noodles in the soup and cook the same amount more. Turn off the heat, cover with a towel and let it brew for 10 minutes.

Pour the broth into bowls and garnish with herbs.
