Instructions
Step 1
Free the cabbage from dried or rotten leaves, remove the stalk, rinse. Chop into strips up to 7 mm.
Step 2
Then put them in a saucepan, pour half a glass of water, vegetable oil. Simmer with the lid closed for 20 minutes over moderate heat.
Step 3
Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Fry in vegetable oil.
Step 4
Place prepared onions, tomato paste, vinegar, and granulated sugar in a saucepan with stewed cabbage. Simmer for 10-12 minutes.
Step 5
At the end of cooking, fry the flour with butter, dip it into the cabbage, stir. Let it simmer for one minute. Cabbage for a lean table is ready.
