The modern rhythm of life sometimes does not allow eating properly and fully. Everyone is always in a hurry, they are late somewhere and do not have time to cook themselves a full-fledged hot lunch. With the advent of the multicooker, making a vow is not a problem. I put in the right ingredients, set the right schedule and time - and you're free!
It is necessary
- - water - 2 liters
- - minced meat - 200-250 grams
- - pasta (any) - 100 grams
- - onion - half a medium head
- - carrots - half
- - potatoes - 2-3 medium potatoes
- - salt, spices, herbs - to taste
- - egg - 1 piece
- - vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1
Three carrots on a coarse grater. Finely chop the onion. Cut the potatoes into small cubes or cubes.
Step 2
Add the egg, salt, pepper to the minced meat, mix well. We sculpt meatballs from the resulting composition.
Step 3
We select the "Fry" mode on the multicooker (the names of the programs may vary depending on the model of your multicooker). Add oil to the multicooker bowl, throw carrots and onions there. Fry until golden brown.
Step 4
We switch the multicooker to the "Stew / Soup" mode. Bring the water to a boil. We throw potatoes, meatballs, salt. Cook with the lid closed.
Step 5
After 20 minutes, we throw in the pasta. Cook for another 20 minutes.
