Pancakes with bananas and chocolate cream are successfully complemented with coconut sweet sauce. The use of such ingredients turns an ordinary dish into a gourmet dessert.

Step 1
Make sweet coconut sauce. To do this, mix sour cream and one glass of sugar in a separate container. Beat the ingredients thoroughly into a foam using a mixer. Add the coconut flakes and stir the mixture.
Step 2
Knead the pancake dough with flour, eggs, sugar, half a teaspoon of salt, butter and vanilla. The mixture should be the consistency of thick sour cream. Using a spoon, pour a small amount of dough into a hot skillet and spread the mixture over the entire surface. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
Step 3
Mix the cream and milk in a separate container and heat slightly over low heat. Add chocolate chunks and cocoa powder. Mix the ingredients and bring to a smooth consistency.
Step 4
Cut the bananas into rings. Pour a small amount of coke sauce into the middle of each pancake, place the banana slices and wrap in an envelope or straw. Top with chocolate cream.
