  • - 3 tbsp. tomato sauce
  • - 2 carrots

  • - 2 tbsp. sour cream
  • - 1 liter of vegetable broth
  • - 2 heads of onions

Step 1

Finely chop the carrots, onions and mushrooms, then fry them in olive oil for 3-5 minutes, then add the tomato paste and sour cream. Gently transfer the vegetables to the pot and start cooking the meatballs.

Step 2

To do this, form small circles from the minced meat and fry them in a pan until golden brown. Then remove them and carefully place them on top of the vegetable mixture.

Step 3

Fill the pots with vegetable broth so that the meatballs are barely visible. Seasonings can be added to taste, as well as bay leaves.

Step 4

Place the pots in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Cook the meatballs for 30 minutes. After the time has elapsed, remove the pots, cool slightly and serve with sour cream.

Meatballs are rarely consumed on their own, usually served with a side dish and sauce. A good side dish for meatballs is potatoes, rice or buckwheat. In addition, pasta, spaghetti are suitable for them. You can also make a sauce for the meatballs. They are best served hot.
