  • - 300 g salmon
  • - 150 g shrimp
  • - 100 g octopuses
  • - 1 small jar of pitted olives
  • - 3 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • - 1, 5 Art. l. lemon juice
  • - 3 cloves of garlic
  • - a bunch of dill
  • - salt
  • - pepper
  • - soy sauce to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Take a saucepan, pour 2 cups of water into it, boil and salt. Put the rice in a colander and rinse in cold water 5 times until clear water. Put the rice in a pot of boiling water, reduce heat to low, and cook the rice until the water boils. When the water boils, pour in the milk and continue to cook until tender.

Step 2

Boil the shrimp in salted water until tender, put on a paper towel and pat dry, then peel.

Step 3

Rinse the salmon in cool water, cut into small pieces. Cut the olives into small wedges or circles, and peel the garlic and pass through a garlic press.

Step 4

Take a thick-walled skillet, pour and heat oil in it. Put the garlic in a pan and fry it a little, then add pieces of fish fillet, shrimp and octopus. Pour lemon juice into a frying pan for seafood, mix everything, add olives, salt and pepper, add a few tablespoons of soy sauce if desired. Close the pan with a lid, shake it, put it on fire. Simmer seafood for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Seafood stew for rice is ready.
