Step 1
Prepare the dough. First dry the nuts in a dry skillet. Then grind to a coarse state. Put the granulated sugar in a skillet and fry until golden brown. Add 5 tablespoons. cream and butter, bring to a boil, mix everything well and remove from heat. Add nuts and flakes, stir until smooth.
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, lay out the dough and put in a cold place for 30-45 minutes.
Step 3
Prepare the filling. Soak gelatin in hot water. Squeeze the juice out of the lemons. Mix cottage cheese with lemon juice, add 80 g granulated sugar and apple juice. Add gelatin to the mass and mix everything well until smooth.
Step 4
Take out the mold, put the curd filling on the nut mixture, smooth it gently over the surface and put it back in a cold place for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Prepare the fill. Whisk the cream in a mixer and add 2 tbsp. icing sugar. Place the whipped cream in a piping bag. Take out the cake and garnish with cream. Put back in the refrigerator until it solidifies completely.
