Sometimes we want to treat ourselves to something delicious. You don't have to go to cafes or restaurants to do this. You can make your own dessert at home and have a good time!
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 150 g flour;
- - 200 g butter;
- - 200 g of sugar;
- - 5 eggs;
- - 50 g of cocoa powder;
- For fondant:
- - 100 g of chocolate;
- - 1/2 teaspoon vanillin;
- - 80 g of sugar;
- - 80 ml of syrup;
- For decoration:
- - 50 g grated chocolate or coconut flakes
Instructions
Step 1
Make a biscuit dough:
- Beat 5 eggs with 200 g of sugar until thick, homogeneous, then add 150 g of flour to this mixture and mix well without stopping. The dough is ready!
Step 2
Place the dough in a biscuit pan and flatten. Put in the oven for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 200-210 degrees.
Step 3
Prepare the fondant. To do this, dissolve sugar in hot water, then put on fire and heat, stirring for 15-20 minutes. Cool the resulting hot syrup until warm, then beat until the syrup turns white. Then add chocolate, vanillin to it and beat again. Apply the resulting fondant to the biscuit and spread over the entire surface.
Step 4
Decorate with grated white chocolate or coconut. Dessert is ready!
