A universal recipe for cheesecakes for the whole family. The combination of chocolate and cottage cheese is simply delicious! It takes less than an hour to cook, such cheesecakes can be served for breakfast, even as a dessert they are very good.

- - 500 g of cottage cheese;
- - 30 g of dark chocolate;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 6 tbsp. tablespoons of semolina;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar and flour;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- - butter.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine cottage cheese with three chicken eggs, semolina, sugar, flour and sour cream. It is advisable to grind the cottage cheese in a blender or through a sieve so that the cheesecakes are even more tender.

Smear the refractory form with butter, put 1 tablespoon of curd mass at a distance from each other, spread the pieces of dark chocolate on top.
Step 3
Place the rest of the curd on top of the chocolate. It is better not to fill the form to the brim - when baking, our cheesecakes with chocolate will rise, become quite lush.

Place the dish in an oven preheated to the 200 degree mark. Bake at the indicated temperature for about 40 minutes. Focus on your oven and the size of the resulting cheesecakes - the cooking time due to these factors may differ up or down.
Step 5
Serve ready-made cheesecakes with chocolate warm or chilled. Any jam or sweet sauce can be served with them. Equally tasty for tea and with milk.
