Pancake roll with salmon is not only very tasty, but also an easy-to-prepare snack. The main advantage of this dish is that you don't have to waste time making sushi rice. In addition, there is no need to use a bamboo mat, as you can spin the pancake roll without it.
It is necessary
- - 200 g lightly salted salmon;
- - 200 g of Philadelphia or Buko cream cheese;
- - 500 ml of milk;
- - 1 egg;
- - 100 ml of mineral water;
- - sugar, salt to taste.

Step 1
First you need to prepare the fish. To do this, cut the lightly salted salmon fillets into thin strips.
Step 2
Let's start making pancakes. Combine eggs and milk in a deep bowl or saucepan. Add flour, sugar, salt to taste to the prepared mixture and beat thoroughly. To make the pancakes lush, the dough must be diluted with 100 ml of mineral water and beat again.
Step 3
Dip half an onion in vegetable oil and grease a preheated pan with it, then start frying pancakes.
Step 4
After the pancakes are ready, you can start wrapping the rolls. To do this, brush half of the pancake with cream cheese. Place salmon slices on the greased part and gently wrap the roll.
Step 5
Cut the finished pancake roll into 6-8 equal portions. Garnish with green onions and salad leaves before serving.
