The pastries that I want to offer you to cook have a very delicate taste. Plus, it's pretty easy to do. Also, this delicacy can be called useful, because the amount of sugar in it is not so much as in any other desserts. Here are banana cookies in vegetable oil.
It is necessary

- - sour cream - 2 tablespoons;
- - lemon juice - 1 tablespoon;
- - vegetable oil - 80 g;
- - vanillin - optional;
- - flour - 300 g;
- - soda - 1 teaspoon;
- - sesame seeds - 5-6 tablespoons;
- - salt - a pinch;
- - sugar - 80 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the peels from the fruits, place them in a deep bowl and turn into puree with a fork. Add the following to the resulting banana mass: sunflower oil, granulated sugar, squeezed lemon juice, as well as sour cream, vanillin and salt. Mix everything, forming a homogeneous mixture. By the way, it is best to use ripe bananas for cooking this pastry, as they are sweeter and quite easy to knead.
Step 2
After mixing wheat flour with soda in a separate bowl, add it to the main fruit mass. Formed dough, first knead with a spatula, then with your hands. As a result, you will get a rather sticky dough, but if you knead it for a long enough time, then it lags behind your palms easily.
Step 3
Tear off small pieces from the sticky dough, form cakes from them and dip in sesame seeds on one side. Putting these figures with sesame seeds up, roll them with a rolling pin into rather thin layers.
Step 4
Roll the resulting layers like a roll, so that the sesame seeds are on the outside of the future banana cookies.
Step 5
Place the resulting rolls on the parchment lined on a baking sheet and send to the oven. Cook them for the first 10 minutes at 200 degrees, and the remaining 8 minutes at 175 degrees. During this time, the baked goods should acquire a golden crust.
Step 6
Serve pastries only when they have cooled completely. The banana cookies with vegetable oil are ready!
