The preparation of the dish begins with the preparation of the sauce. For this, hot peppers and onions are cut into thin quarter rings, green onions are finely chopped. Put pepper and onion in a bowl, add sugar, lemon juice, mix and leave to brew. When the Korean pancakes are cooked, the sauce will be ready to eat.

To cook potato pancakes in Korean, potatoes need to be washed and peeled. The peeled potatoes are crushed on the finest grater, then the mass is carefully squeezed out of the liquid and set aside for a short time. Peel the onions and rub them on the finest grater.
