It is necessary

    • 1 red fish carcass;
    • 150 g crab sticks;
    • 100 g mayonnaise;
    • 100 g of cheese;
    • 1 raw chicken egg;
    • 2 boiled eggs;
    • 300 g champignons;
    • 1 onion;
    • 1 glass of cream;
    • vegetable oil;
    • ground black pepper;
    • salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a small carcass of salmon, trout or pink salmon (1, 5 - 2 kg). Cut the fish belly, remove the entrails. Cut off the fish's head, tail and fins. Carefully, being careful not to damage the skin, remove the ridge. Rinse the resulting fillets under cold running water and pat dry with a paper towel.

Step 2

Spread a piece of metal foil on a baking sheet. Place the prepared fillets in the center of the baking sheet, skin side down. Use a sharp knife to make several cuts in the pulp. Season the fish with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Scald 300 g of fresh mushrooms with boiling water, discard in a colander. Then cut them into slices and fry in a little vegetable oil.

Step 4

Peel 1 onion, chop it finely. Fry the onion with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Step 5

Combine fried onions and mushrooms, lightly salt. Pour 1 cup of cream into the mushrooms and onions. Simmer everything together, stirring occasionally, over low heat for 10-15 minutes.

Step 6

Finely chop 150 g crab sticks and 2 boiled eggs. Combine them with stewed mushrooms and onions.

Step 7

Place the prepared filling on the fish fillet in an even layer.

Step 8

Grate 100 g of cheese on a fine grater. Mix it with 1 raw chicken egg. Spread the cheese and egg mixture evenly over the filling of crab sticks, eggs, mushrooms and onions.

Step 9

Join the edges of the foil so that the fish is completely covered, but the foil does not fit snugly against it.

Step 10

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the red fish fillets in it for about 35-40 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven 5-10 minutes before the end of cooking. Carefully, being careful not to burn yourself with the steam, unfold the edges of the foil. Place the fish back in the oven and bake until tender.

Step 11

Cut the finished fish into portions, put on plates. You can sprinkle it with finely chopped herbs. For a side dish, mashed potatoes or boiled rice are perfect.

Bon Appetit!
