Mushrooms are a rather heavy product. Therefore, in order not to overload the stomach, it is better to cook them without adding oil. And the best way to do this is to bake mushrooms in the oven, having previously stuffed them with delicious filling.

- - 70 g of hard cheese;
- - 3 sun-dried tomatoes;
- - 1/3 bunch of parsley;
- - salt and black pepper to taste.

Step 1
Wash the champignons, cut off their legs and chop them finely. Add parsley, sun-dried tomatoes, cut into pieces, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Place the mushroom caps upside down in a fireproof dish, add a little salt and stuff with the prepared filling. Place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
Step 3
After the allotted time, remove and sprinkle with grated cheese. Return to oven again and bake until cheese is melted and golden brown.
