Muffins are very easy to prepare. Such a delicious dessert is perfect for any celebration. This is a great opportunity to pamper your loved ones with extraordinary small cupcakes.
Ingredients for 6 muffins:
- 75-80 g of natural dark chocolate;
- 55 g of chocolate spread;
- 170 g flour;
- 1, 5 tsp baking powder;
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder;
- 60 g sugar;
- a couple of eggs;
- 1 tsp vanilla;
- 4-5 tbsp vegetable oil;
- 4 tablespoons milk;
- 55 g hazelnuts.
Preparation:
- First you need to preheat the oven to 180 degrees. It is better to insert paper molds into the cupcake mold.
- Nuts should be fried in a pan, cooled and peeled. Finely chop the peeled hazelnuts. You can use absolutely any kind of nuts. They will give your baked goods an amazing flavor.
- In a cup, mix baking powder and cocoa and sifted flour.
- Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a bowl along with the chocolate nut spread. Boil water in a saucepan and put a bowl of chocolate on top. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally. After the chocolate has melted, you can remove it from the heat.
- Beat eggs and sugar in a bowl. Add milk, vanilla and butter there. Mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous liquid mass with bubbles.
- Pour melted chocolate consistency into the mixture with eggs. Mix everything with a whisk.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir.
- Put the dough into molds for two thirds. Sprinkle with hazelnuts on top.
- Place the muffins in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Readiness is checked with a wooden stick or toothpick. If it comes out dry, then the dish is ready.
- You can cool the muffins a little and put them on a plate.
