Beef baked with cheese sauce is sure to please you and your loved ones. The fact is that the meat turns out not only incredibly tasty and aromatic, it becomes juicy and tender.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of beef;
- 1 lavrushka;
- 250 g sour cream;
- 1 tablespoon dried paprika
- 3 peas of allspice;
- Wheat flour;
- 1 large onion
- 120 g of hard cheese;
- sunflower oil (preferably odorless);
- 1 bunch of dill.
Preparation:
- First you need to prepare the beef. To do this, it is thoroughly washed and cut into large pieces. Then the meat is put into a saucepan and filled with clean water. Send the saucepan to a hot stove, after putting lavrushka and peppercorns in it.
- After the water boils, you should reduce the heat and remove the resulting foam. The meat should be ready 90-100 minutes after boiling.
- Peel the onion and use a sharp knife to cut it into small cubes. Then the onion must be poured into a preheated pan, into which sunflower oil has been poured. Fry until it becomes transparent.
- Then pour the flour into the pan and mix everything well. Next, pour in 200 g of meat broth. Reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer the mixture for 10 minutes with systematic stirring.
- Then pour the sour cream into the pan and add the cheese chopped with a grater. Mix everything thoroughly and simmer for 5 minutes.
- The beef should be cut into small pieces. Put the prepared meat in an even layer in a baking dish and season with salt. After that, it is poured with ready-made hot and very aromatic cheese sauce.
- The baking dish should be placed in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. The dish should be baked for 25-35 minutes.
- Sprinkle the finished beef with well-washed and finely chopped dill and paprika. You can serve the dish with absolutely any side dishes, and it will be especially tasty with fresh vegetables.
