It is necessary
- -1 tbsp. (250 ml) boiled beans
- -150 g minced meat (your choice - chicken, beef, pork or mixed)
- -1 chicken egg
- -1 / 2 onion heads
- -2 cloves of garlic
- -1 tbsp. l. with a heap of chopped oatmeal (for breading)
- - seasonings to taste
- - vegetable oil for frying
- - products for the filling of your choice - pickled cucumbers, green salad, tomatoes, onions, ketchup, etc.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the beans in cold water for a couple of hours and then cook in unsalted water until tender. Cool it with a blender.
Step 2
Grind the beans, minced meat and oatmeal, combining them with seasonings, finely chopped onions and garlic. Drive the egg into the mixture and mix thoroughly. We leave alone for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Pour oatmeal breading (or a ready-made commercial) into a bowl and, forming small balls of minced meat with wet hands, roll them in breading, flattening them so that they become like cutlets that are used in hamburgers.
Step 4
Fry our cutlets in a hot skillet until golden brown, then reduce the heat, cover and simmer for another 3 minutes.
Step 5
Cool down, collect hamburgers to taste of your family and enjoy!
