Instructions
Step 1
Break the chocolate and melt it together with the butter in a hot water bath.
Step 2
Sift flour with cocoa powder, salt and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.

Beat the eggs with milk, pour into the flour mixture with constant stirring and knead the batter.

Add the butter and chocolate and stir well.

Bake pancakes in refined olive oil.

Whip the cream with the remaining powder.
