Step 1
We take 1 glass of water and boil. Melt half a pack of butter.
Stir in a glass of flour gently so that there are no lumps. Remove from heat and cool.

Beat 5 eggs, add to the dough, mix. The mass should be fluffy and airy.
Step 3
We spread the eclairs with a spoon on a baking sheet, which was previously greased with oil. We leave small gaps between the eclairs so that they do not stick together. We put in the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 4
To prepare the cream, knead 1 pack of butter and beat with condensed milk.
We get ready-made eclairs. We spread the cream inside using a pastry syringe.
If you want, you can add cocoa, nuts, dried fruits to the cream.
