The name of this cake was given by the filling based on condensed milk, which in Germany is called Milch Mädchen.
It is necessary
- Cakes:
- - 2 small eggs;
- - 300 g of condensed milk;
- - 120 g flour;
- - 0.75 tbsp baking powder.
- Cream:
- - 300 ml whipping cream;
- - 75 ml of icing sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the eggs with the condensed milk until smooth. Sift a mixture of wheat flour and baking powder to the liquid components of the dough. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk and leave for 15 minutes: this will give the cakes a lot of fluffiness.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and draw a 16 cm circle on it. Using a spoon, pour the dough into the center of the circle and distribute around the perimeter. Place in the oven for about 5 minutes to brown the crust. Immediately separate the finished cake from the paper and place on a towel.
Step 3
For the cream with a mixer, whip the cream with powdered sugar and coat the cakes. Spread it over the top and sides of the cake. Place in the refrigerator to soak overnight. For serving, garnish it with berries and fruits: they will perfectly set off the rich sweetness of the cake.
