  • flour - 150 grams,

  • For the cream:
  • Milk - 500 ml,
  • sugar - 200 grams,
  • cream (the fatter the better) - 150 grams,
  • butter - 100 grams,
  • flour - 2 tablespoons,
  • starch - 1 level tablespoon.

Step 1

Break two eggs into a large bowl and beat a little with a whisk. Pour in condensed milk and stir until smooth. Add sifted flour, a pinch of salt (preferably sea salt) and baking powder. Mix with a whisk.

Step 2

The dough is ready. We need to prepare five cakes. We take a sheet of paper and draw a circle with a diameter of 24 centimeters on it. Spread three tablespoons of dough evenly over the circle drawn. We bake the cakes in a preheated oven (160 degrees) for no more than 10 minutes. Cool the finished cakes completely (it is better to cool on different plates or a wire rack).

We take out the butter (it is better to do this in advance), cut into pieces and leave to warm up for an hour.

Add granulated sugar to the milk, stir, pour into a saucepan and set on a medium-high heat.

In cold milk (150 ml), dilute the starch with flour, leave.

With constant stirring, bring the milk to a boil, as soon as it boils, pour in the cold mixture of milk and flour. We reduce the heat and, while stirring, bring it to a slight thickening. Put the saucepan with the cream in a container filled with cold water (to cool faster). Beat from time to time, the cream should not be covered with a film.

Beat the softened butter until fluffy. Add a spoonful of custard to the lush mass, mix until smooth. Add another spoonful of custard and mix. We repeat the procedure until the custard runs out in the pan. Add whipped cream to the resulting cream, knead with a mixer.

Step 6

Cover each cake with cream, grease the sides and top of the last cake. The cake should be thoroughly soaked in ice cream, so we put it in the refrigerator overnight.
