Rolls of crab sticks with eggs and caviar are a great snack for any holiday. You can pamper yourself with this dish on weekdays.

- - 1 salmon,
- - greens of dill and parsley,
- - mayonnaise,

Crab roll sticks are larger than regular rolls. Their purpose is indicated on the packaging.

Cut the salmon into thin strips, it is easier to cut if it is frozen first.

Boil the eggs, peel and grate on a fine grater.

Chop the greens finely.

Next, unwind the crab sticks and spread them with mayonnaise, not reaching the edge.

Sprinkle a thin layer of eggs, herbs, 2 strips of salmon on mayonnaise.

Carefully roll the stick into a roll and cut into pieces, about 3 pieces.

Place on a plate, cut side down and garnish with red caviar.
