It is necessary

  • For four servings:
  • - 250 g of red lentils;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 1 leek;
  • - 1 chili pepper;
  • - 2 red bell peppers;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of yellow curry powder;
  • - ground pepper, salt.

Instructions

Step 1

First, rinse the red lentils, pour 500 ml of cold salted water, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer for about 10 minutes, covered.

Step 2

Peel the garlic, cut into slices, the leek into small pieces. Cut the paprika and chili peppers and remove the seeds.

Step 3

Cut the paprika into narrow strips. Heat the ghee in a hot skillet, fry the garlic, onion, pepper in it, stirring occasionally.

Step 4

Sprinkle with yellow curry powder. Add lentils right in with the broth. Move everything together, simmer for 10 minutes. Pepper, salt as you like.
