Meat with mushrooms is a fairly common recipe. A big plus of this particular meat is that under a crispy crust, it turns out to be amazingly tender and tasty.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of meat (it can be chicken or pork);
- - 300-400 g of mushrooms (mushrooms can be any);
- - 2 onion heads;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 processed cheese (Druzhba is very suitable);
- - 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
- - 1 tbsp. l. adjika;
- - 1 tomato;
- - 1 egg;
- - salt to taste;
- - pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the meat into portions and beat well. Mix 1.5 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of adjika, crushed garlic - 1 clove, salt and pepper. Grate the chops with the resulting mixture. Let the meat steep in the marinade for 2 hours (it is better if it is a cool place).
Step 2
While the meat is marinating, fry the mushrooms with onions and 1 tsp. mayonnaise. Grate the cheese (preferably on a coarse grater) and mix it with 1 tbsp. A spoonful of mayonnaise, 2 cloves of garlic and a raw egg (you can add your favorite seasoning, such as turmeric or curry, if you like).
Step 3
Put pieces of meat on a greased baking sheet, cut a tomato on top (preferably into thin slices), fried mushrooms and onions, gently pour everything with the resulting egg-cheese mixture. Bake meat at 250 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
