It is necessary
- For 6 medium muffins:
- - 140 g flour;
- - 1 tsp baking powder;
- - 75 g of sugar;
- - 1 large sour apple;
- - 0.5 tsp cinnamon;
- - 0.5 tbsp. lemon juice;
- - 25 g butter;
- - 50 ml of milk;
- - 50 g sour cream;
- - 0.5 tsp vanilla essence;
- - 1 egg;
- - 60 g of takhinny halva;
- - 0.5 tbsp. sugar and 0.5 tsp. cinnamon topping.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Sift flour, baking powder and sugar into a large bowl. Melt the butter and cool slightly.
Step 2
Mix separately with a fork: egg, sour cream, vanilla and milk. Stir in melted butter.
Step 3
Peel the apples, cut into small cubes and mix with lemon juice, cinnamon and a teaspoon of sugar. Combine with liquid ingredients. Add flour mixture and stir quickly and not very thoroughly with a spatula. Add diced halva and mix again.
Step 4
Fill the molds by two thirds, sprinkle with sugar mixed with cinnamon, and send to the preheated oven for a quarter of an hour. We check the readiness with a toothpick. Cool and serve.
